You can register for a temporary Manchester Public Library card here.If you live in Manchester but don't have a library card, you may register online to become one of our members and gain access to free downloadable materials. You will be given a temporary card number that will allow you to use our online resources, including Hoopla and Overdrive/Libby. The account will be temporary and allow online access for 90 days.
