This page allows Cheshire residents to pre-register for a library card. Once pre-registered, you will have immediate access to many of our databases in Encore and can place holds on our materials. You will need to fully register within 30 days at the Library with a valid photo ID and proof of residency in order to receive borrowing privileges. If you do not visit Cheshire Public Library to complete the registration process with proof of residency within 30 days, this account will be deleted.This is for new cards only.
